Description
Fowler 4F Class No. 44417 (built 1927, with 82G Templecombe shedplate) is seen departing from Blandford with a short southbound goods service mostly consisting of sheeted wagons.
44417 is shown as already allocated to Templecombe at nationalisation in 1948 and remaining there until withdrawn in November 1962.
A miniature semaphore ground signal can be seen near to the rear of the train in the high res. image.
