Description

Bulleid West Country Class No. 34043 Combe Martin (built 1946) and BR Standard Class 9F No. 92245 (built 1958) head a through service out of the Chilcompton Tunnels in summer 1962. The temporary speed limit sign on the Up line and 92245’s allocation provide the date info.

34043 was withdrawn in June 1963. 92245 is shown as allocated to Bath Green Park from May/June 1962 until the following September/October.
