Description

BR Standard Class 5 No. 73049 (built 1953, with 82F Bath Green Park shedplate) is seen with an Up Pines Express emerging from Cliff cutting in 1960. Notice that the tablet apparatus is extended ready for use.

73049 is shown as allocated to Bath Green Park from 1955-1960 and from June/July 1962 until August-October 1964.

Cliff cutting was infilled in the ’80s and early ’90s but the North Dorset Trailway runs over the top of the infill.
