Description

A 6-car Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) set consisting of mixed Metro Cammell & BR Derby units is seen on a passenger excursion service from Cheltenham to Bournemouth on Sunday 21 August 1960.

Cliff cutting was infilled in the ’80s and early ’90s but the North Dorset Trailway runs over the top of the infill. One of the parapets of the bridge still stands.
