Description

Fowler S&D 7F No. 53807 (built 1925 as S&D No. 87) and Fowler 4F Class No. 44558 (built 1922 as S&D No. 58) are on the nine-carriage Home Counties Railway Society (HCRS) Somerset & Dorset railtour on 7 June 1964.

This is another view of the two locomotives at the water stop, both blowing off.

53807 is shown as already allocated to Bath Green Park at the time of nationalisation in 1948 and remaining there until withdrawal in September 1964. 44558 is shown as already allocated to Bath Green Park at nationalisation in 1948 and remaining there right through until withdrawal in December 1964.
