Description

BR Standard Class 4 No. 76065 (built 1956) is pictured on an Up (Templecombe/Bath-bound) passenger service that has just passed under the Hammoon road bridge. The train has four carriages and looks to be a three-car set with an extra carriage of different design added inside the set. There are one or perhaps two vans on the rear.

76065 was allocated to Eastleigh for the whole of its life – withdrawn in 1965.
