Description

BR 4MT class 4-6-0 locomotive No. 75071 (built 1955, with 82F Bath Green Park shedplate) and Bulleid West Country Class No. 34039 Boscastle (built 1946) take a through service of about eight carriages over Masbury summit. There is no date currently available for this image.

75071 is shown as being allocated to Bath Green Park from mid-1956 and to Templecombe from November 1962 to July 1964. Withdrawn in August 1967. 34039 was withdrawn in May 1965 and was subsequently preserved.
