Ex-SR rebuilt Bulleid ‘Merchant Navy’ class 4-6-2 locomotive No. 35027 ‘Port Line’ (allocated to 71B Bournemouth), passenger train with SR headcode no. 14
(Waterloo & Bournemouth West, train reporting no. 383) near Branksome station and on the main line side of the Branksome Triangle. The view is approximately westwards with the bridge over Bourne Valley Road visible on the left of the picture. Undated, circa 1960.
