Description

BR Standard Class 5 No. 73047 (built 1953) stands at Shillingstone’s Up platform with a three-carriage local passenger service lit by the early morning sun.

Allocation reports vary for 73047 but Longworth records the loco as being allocated to Bath Green Park from 1955 until July 1964 and withdrawn later in 1964.
