Description
Fowler 7F No. 53807 (built 1925 as S&D No. 87) and Fowler 4F Class No. 44558 (built 1922) – formerly S&D No. 58 and LMS No. 4558 – on the Home Counties Railway Society S&DJR Tour on 7 June 1964. They are heading in the Up direction with Templecombe Lower Yard to the left and the spur line to Templecombe Upper to the right.
Contrasting with WSHSD_2022_14_292, it looks as though the train was probably held at the signal in the distance, enabling the photographer to move to No.2 Junction and capture this image.
