Description

Fowler S&D 7F No. 53809 (built 1925 as S&D No. 89, with 82F Bath Green Park shedplate) takes a goods service up the spur line to Templecombe Upper. The loco shed in Templecombe Lower Yard can just be seen below the spur line embankment.

53809 is shown as already allocated to Bath Green Park at the time of nationalisation in 1948 and remaining there until withdrawal in May/June 1964.
